Sorry for the poor quality photo. However, this was an exciting cooking foray for me. My friend, Mary, gave me a lovely (and easy) recipe. It is green beans, a fried egg, cheese, and a yummy sauce to coat the entire thing. It was yummy. I will check with Mary and if she agrees I will post this wonderful quick dinner.
